Eutelsat Reports First Quarter 2021-22 Results

Paris, France October 28, 2021 – Eutelsat Communications (ISIN: FR0010221234 - Euronext Paris: ETL) reported results  for the First Quarter ended September 30, 2021.  Operating Verticals revenues were €285 million, down 3.4%, in line with the mid-point of full year objectives.

Iridium Reports financial 3Q 2021 Results and Updates its 2021 outlook

MCLEAN, Va. – October 19, 2021 – Iridium Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: IRDM)  today reported financial results for the third quarter of 2021 and updated its full-year 2021 outlook. Net loss was US$ 2.1 million, or $0.02 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2021, as compared to net loss of US$ 4.0 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2020.

Hungaro DigiTel Kft Finalises Agreement to Acquire Majority Stake in Satellite Operator Spacecom

Budapest, Hungary, October 12, 2021--Hungaro DigiTel Kft. (HDT), a joint subsidiary of 4iG PLC (75%) and Antenna Hungária Zrt. (25%), has entered into a final agreement with Space-Communication Ltd. (Spacecom) to acquire a 51% stake in the company. Spacecom, listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, is a satellite operator and service provider with a global coverage, consisting of four geosynchronous satellites, which provides its services in Hungary and the Central and Eastern European region via the AMOS 3 satellite.
