CPI Completes Acquisition Of Satellite Antenna Systems Business Of General Dynamics

Palo Alto, Calif., June 5, 2020--Communications & Power Industries LLC (CPI) has successfully completed the purchase of SATCOM Technologies, the antenna systems business of General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc., a business unit of General Dynamics. The transaction was funded using a new committed debt financing.

Intelsat reported total revenue of US$ 458.8 million and net loss attributable to Intelsat S.A. of US$ 218.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2020. Intelsat reported EBITDA, or earnings before net interest, taxes and depreciation and amortization, of US$ 263.3 million and Adjusted EBITDA1 of US$ 294.0 million, or 64 percent of revenue, for the three months ended March 31, 2020.
